Class A memberships are a lifetime membership to Kelly Farm Pool & Racquet Association. This membership includes access to all of our amenities year-round for 2 adults and up to 4 children all living in the same household.
Amenities include year round access to our gym, a gated park, playground, and tennis and pickleball courts.
An initiation fee of $1075* is paid upon registration of your account and reduced annual dues are collected each year thereafter in April.
**See our Bylaws for specific rules and details regarding Class A Memberships. Class A Membership includes partial ownership of the pool which requires annual dues payments in perpetuity until the membership is transferred and/or sold.
